目的:探讨先天性心脏病室间隔缺损(ventricularseptaldefect,VSD)患者血清可溶性细胞黏附分子鄄1(solubleintercellularadhesionmolecule鄄1,sICAM鄄1)、可溶性P选择素(solubleP鄄selectin,sP鄄selectin,sPs)、肌钙蛋白I(troponinI,cTnI)在介入治疗前后的变化及其临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测34例VSD患者血清中sICAM鄄1、sPs、cTnI在介入封堵治疗术前后的浓度变化。结果:与术前相比,术后即刻sICAM鄄1、sPs显著升高,三者在术后24、48h下降,其中48h达最低水平(与术前相比),术后72h显著升高(与术前相比)。但所有cTnI值均在正常范围。结论:介入治疗VSD可以激活sICAM鄄1、sPs的表达,但未造成明显的心肌损伤。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum soluble intracellularahesion molecule 1 (sICAM-1), soluble P-selectin (sPs) and muscle calcium in patients with congenital ventricular ventricular septal defect (VSD) Changes of troponin I (cTnI) before and after interventional therapy and its clinical significance. Methods: Serum concentrations of sICAM-1, sPs and cTnI in 34 patients with VSD were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after interventional treatment. Results: Compared with preoperative, sICAM Juan 1 and sPs significantly increased after operation, all of which decreased at 24 and 48 hours after operation. The lowest 48 h reached the lowest level (compared with preoperative level) and significantly increased at 72 hours Compared with preoperative). However, all cTnI values are within the normal range. Conclusion: Interventional treatment of VSD can activate sICAM Juan 1, sPs expression, but did not cause significant myocardial injury.
