在Sn-Zr和Sn-Zr-Ce氧化物系列上,对甲烷氧化制甲醛进行了研究。用程序升温脱附方法研究了正丁胺和氧在这些催化剂上的吸、脱附行为。发现生成甲醛的比活性与Sn/Zr比以及催化剂中的铈含量有关。TPD谱上获得的结果表明生成甲醛的比活性与催化剂的酸性和氧的吸附态有关。X-光衍射图表明,催化剂中锡的氧化物是主要的活性组份。
In the series of Sn-Zr and Sn-Zr-Ce oxides, the oxidation of methane to formaldehyde has been studied. The temperature-programmed desorption method was used to study the adsorption and desorption behavior of n-butylamine and oxygen on these catalysts. The specific activity of forming formaldehyde was found to be related to the Sn / Zr ratio and the cerium content in the catalyst. The results obtained on the TPD spectrum show that the specific activity of formaldehyde formation is related to the acidity of the catalyst and the oxygen adsorption state. The X-ray diffractogram shows that the oxide of tin in the catalyst is the major active component.
