分析了铁液KR脱硫过程中脱硫剂在铁液中运动的主要过程,根据不同的过程推导了为保持与标准搅拌桨等效的铁液动力学条件中后期搅拌桨需要的理论转速,研究了搅拌转速对铁液液面边缘上升高度和中心最低点高度的影响。采用CFD软件分别对包含标准搅拌桨和中后期搅拌桨的KR脱硫模型进行数值模拟,研究了搅拌转速与脱硫剂在铁液中分散之间的关系,验证了中后期搅拌桨理论转速的合理性。
The main process of the desulfurization agent moving in molten iron during the desulfurization of molten iron KR was analyzed. According to the different process, the theoretical rotational speed needed to maintain the late impeller in the hydrodynamic condition equivalent to the standard one was studied. Effect of Stirring Speed on the Height of Rising Edge of Liquid Iron and the Lowest Height of Center. The CFD software was used to simulate the KR desulfurization model including the standard impeller and the mid-late impeller. The relationship between the stirring speed and the dispersion of the desulfurizer in the molten iron was studied. The rationality of the theoretical rotational speed of the impeller was verified .
