目的探讨热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取保康县人民医院2016年5月—2017年3月收治的手足口病患儿78例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各39例。对照组患儿给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用热毒宁注射液治疗,持续治疗2周。比较两组患儿临床疗效、退热时间、疱疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿退热时间、疱疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,缩短治疗时间,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Renduining injection combined with ribavirin in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods 78 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted in Baokang County People’s Hospital from May 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ribavirin injection. The treatment group was treated with Renduining injection on the basis of the control group, and the treatment was continued for 2 weeks. The clinical curative effect, antipyretic time, herpes subsidence time, oral ulcer healing time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). The treatment group, children with antipyretic time, herpes subsided time, oral ulcer healing time is shorter than the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Revedunin injection combined with ribavirin treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease clinical efficacy is exact, can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children, shorten the treatment time, and high safety.
