为探讨高海拔地区前列床增生症患者合并心血管系统“三高疾病”（高原心脏病、高血压、高血红蛋白血症）的手术安全性，采用围手术期治疗后再行手术，结果无1例死亡，并就术前准备、术后处理、手术时间和方法的选择进行了讨论，作者认为对合并心血管系统“三高疾病”患者既不能草率从事，也不能怕担风险而采用姑息性治疗方法，应积极创造条件，争取更彻底的治疗。
