本文选择铸铁材料进行了双层辉光离子渗金属工艺的研究。介绍了不同成分与组织的铸铁,经离子渗钨钼、镍铬后,渗层组织特征、表面成分与硬度分布。分析了含碳量、含硅量及温度等因素对渗层的影响。并测定了渗层的耐磨性及耐蚀性。
In this paper, cast iron materials were selected to study the double glow ion permeation metal process. The cast iron with different compositions and microstructures is introduced. The microstructure, surface composition and hardness distribution of the infiltrated layer after the ion infiltration of tungsten and molybdenum and nickel-chromium are introduced. The influence of carbon content, silicon content and temperature on the seepage layer was analyzed. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were measured.
