患者29岁,10年前发现左侧大阴唇一核桃大包块,表面无红肿,无疼痛,增长缓慢。该患者于1993年9月孕3产2足月顺产一女婴后,此包块迅速增长,半年内增至男拳大,仍无明显红肿触痛,任何体位及休息时均不能回缩。因包块较大,影响行走而来我院就诊,于1994年3月入院。入院时妇检:左侧大阴唇皮下一男拳大包块,中间凹陷呈马鞍状,质地柔韧,无触痛,表面皮肤色泽正常,不能自行回缩及向内还纳,余妇检正常。临床初步诊断:左侧大阴唇肿物性质待查。
