于衍华是沈阳市大东区地税局稽查二科副科长，自 1984年参加税务工作以来，先后当过个体、私企、区属企业专管员，也管过省直属企业及区内大户。在 16年的税收工作中，连续多年被评为检查能手，年年参加沈阳市地方税务局业务竞赛，并曾取得过全市第一名的好成绩。由于稽查工作成绩显著，曾被分局记大功一次、三等功一次，先进个人多次。还被区妇联评为“三八”红旗手、分局“巾帼建功立业”先进个人、区青年岗位能手，多年被评为优秀公务员。几年来，于衍华对近 200户大小纳税户进行检查，共查补税款 5000万元。在稽查岗位上，她积累了丰富的工作经验，撰写了《谈目前大中型企业存在的偷漏税状况及纳税检查的方法》一文，受到全局好评。今年 7月 4日— 6日，在对沈阳电业局送电安装处进行纳税检查时，一次就查补税款 923万元，滞纳金 195万元，罚款 1万元。现已入库 500万元。以下是我们从于衍华工作日记中摘录的一段：
