目的了解泸州医学院学生生物安全知识、态度及行为,为进行有效的生物安全教育提供依据。方法采用自编的K-A-B问卷对随机抽取的2 002名学生进行问卷调查。结果学生生物安全知识得分为(43.73±16.90)分,及格率为19.88%。不同性别、年级、专业间差异有统计学意义,女生高于男生,大三学生、大四学生生物安全知识得分均高于大一学生、大二学生;同年级不同专业间,大二临床专业学生得分高于检验专业和其他专业,大三临床专业和检验专业学生得分高于其他专业,大四检验专业学生得分高于临床、其他专业;学生生物安全态度较好,女生生物安全态度正确率高于男生,生物安全行为存在明显问题。结论学生对生物安全知识缺乏全面深入了解,虽然学生态度较好,但是行为不合理。在医学生中开设专门生物安全课程,加强对生物安全知识宣传教育是非常必要的,且应从低年级开始,让学生对生物安全与法规做到知信行的统一。
Objective To understand the biosafety knowledge, attitude and behavior of students in Luzhou Medical College and provide the basis for effective biosafety education. Methods A self-made K-A-B questionnaire was used to survey 2 002 randomly selected students. Results The score of students’ biosafety knowledge was (43.73 ± 16.90) points, the pass rate was 19.88%. The difference of gender, grade and specialty was statistically significant. The score of female students was higher than that of boys, juniors and seniors, and higher than those of sophomores and sophomores. In the same grade, Students score higher than the test major and other majors, junior clinical major and test major students scored higher than other major, senior test students scored higher than the clinical, other major; student biosecurity attitude is good, female biosecurity attitude correct rate Higher than boys, there are obvious problems of biosecurity behavior. Conclusions Students lack a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of biosafety knowledge. Although students have a good attitude, their behavior is not reasonable. It is very necessary to set up a special biosafety course among medical students to enhance the publicity and education on biosafety knowledge, and should start from the lower grades so that students can unify their biosafety and laws and regulations.
