目的了解高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈癌组织中吲哚胺2,3-二氧酶(IDO)表达水平的相关性,及其在观察宫颈癌治疗效果中的应用价值。方法选择2008年1月-2010年12月医院就诊的107例宫颈癌女性患者,对照分析不同组织类型宫颈癌高危型HPV感染率、IDO表达阳性率及高危型HPV感染情况与IDO表达的关系。结果鳞癌患者高危型HPV检出阳性率为97.9%,腺癌患者为90.9%,腺鳞癌患者为100.0%,三者比较,差异无统计学意义;鳞癌患者IDO表达阳性率为94.7%,腺癌患者为81.8%,腺鳞癌患者为100.0%,三者比较,差异无统计学意义;104例高危型HPV阳性者中,IDO表达阳性者100例,阳性率96.2%;3例高危型HPV阴性者中,无IDO表达阳性,高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌组织中IDO表达呈正相关性(χ2=44.09,P=0.0017)。结论高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌组织中IDO表达水平呈正相关性,可将IDO表达水平作为观察宫颈癌治疗效果的指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between HPV infection and the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) in cervical cancer and its clinical value in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 107 women with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were enrolled in this study. The relationship between high-risk HPV infection, positive IDO expression and high-risk HPV infection and IDO expression was analyzed. Results The positive rate of high-risk HPV was 97.9% in squamous cell carcinoma, 90.9% in adenocarcinoma and 100.0% in adenosquamous carcinoma, the difference was not statistically significant. The positive rate of IDO expression in squamous cell carcinoma was 94.7% , 81.8% for adenocarcinoma, and 100.0% for adenosquamous carcinoma. There was no significant difference among the three groups. Among the 104 high-risk HPV positive cases, 100 were positive for IDO, the positive rate was 96.2% HPV-negative, there was no positive expression of IDO, but high-risk HPV infection was positively correlated with IDO expression in cervical cancer (χ2 = 44.09, P = 0.0017). Conclusions High-risk HPV infection is positively correlated with IDO expression in cervical cancer. The expression of IDO can be used as an indicator of the therapeutic effect of cervical cancer.
