本文调查了317名公交司机和336名银行财会人员的病史和自觉症(?),发现司机患痔率明显升高,同时有耳鸣、失眠、心悸、手麻、恶心、上腹痛、胃酸过多、食欲不振、下背痛、上肢痛等症状。对37名司机和43名财会人员作抽样检查,发现司机患腰椎唇样增生显著,脊柱生理弧度消失,视野缩小,听力下降,肾下垂,运动神经传导速度减慢,甲皱微循环形态消失,尿中HVA含量降低等。我们认为,这些变化系由接触全身振动所致。
