1999年,深圳曾发生过一百多家供货商集体抵御百佳超市关于向供应商分摊1850万元人民币装修费的案例,最终是双方不和,供货商饮恨;2001年底的时候,美国第三大零售商卡玛特遭遇了来自供应链的一次致命打击,因拖欠供货商费菜明公司的货款该供应商停止供货,导致卡玛特资金链断裂而宣布破产保护。如此一方掌握着零售的货物来源,一方掌握着直接面向消费者的通道,本应和睦共处、互惠互利的合作关系演变成双方的互相扯皮与彼此受损,零售业病态百出,原因何在?
