从硫铁矿的酸性土壤中分离、筛选出氧化硫硫杆菌,将其固定化制备微生物膜,再与氧电极组装成微生物传感器,用于样品中微量硫化物的测定。实验研究表明:该传感器响应S2-浓度线性范围为0.06~1.50mg/L;响应时间为3~6min;30d内测定500余次,灵敏度保持不变;取煤气站脱硫塔入口和出口煤气样品进行测定,与亚甲蓝比色法测定结果一致;取合成水样品进行回收率实验,结果为93.8%~105.0%
Thiobacillus thiooxidans was isolated from acidic soil of pyrite, and then immobilized to prepare microbial membrane, and then assembled with the oxygen electrode into a microbial sensor for the determination of trace sulfides in the sample. The experimental results show that the linear response range of S2-concentration is 0.06-1.50 mg / L, the response time is 3-6 min, and the sensitivity is kept constant after more than 500 times in 30 days. The gas inlet and outlet of desulfurization tower Gas samples were measured, and methylene blue colorimetric determination of the same result; take synthetic water samples for recovery experiments, the results were 93.8% ~ 105.0%
