因加热和在辊道上运送的条件所限,中厚板坯的上下表层产生温差而且不易根除,从而造成上下辊轧制力矩不等,板坯轧后向前下方弯曲而撞击机架辊等装置,使其经常损坏。一般采用下辊大于上辊的下压力轧制法改善这一状态,但其差值只凭经验选取而不能达到预期效果。本文经分析得出了根据板坯上下表层温差确定上下辊经差的计算方法,以利轧制中厚板时正确配备轧辊。
