在地质振动勘探中存在微弱信号难以检测的问题。为了解决这一技术难题,提出了以仪表放大器和低通滤波器为核心器件的微弱信号放大检测装置。先详细阐述了该检测装置的电路结构,进而根据微弱信号特征,提出选择电子器件的有效方法以及在设计电路时需要注意的事项。最后采用集成程控增益仪表放大器INA110来设计微弱信号检测前置放大电路,采用OPA1632设计抑制电路噪声,并对微弱低频信号进行了测试,得到了理想的效果。
There is a problem that the weak signal can not be detected in the geological vibration exploration. In order to solve this technical problem, a weak signal amplification detection device with an instrumentation amplifier and a low-pass filter as its core components is proposed. First, the circuit structure of the detection device is elaborated in detail, and according to the characteristics of weak signals, an effective method for selecting the electronic device and the matters needing attention when designing the circuit are proposed. In the end, we designed the weak signal detection preamplifier circuit by integrating the programmable gain instrumentation amplifier INA110, using the OPA1632 design to suppress the noise of the circuit and testing the weak low frequency signal, which achieved the ideal result.
