目的:建立云硒冲剂中硒的含量测定方法。方法:采用DAN荧光光度法进行硒含量测定,激发波长376nm,发射波长520nm。结果:采用本法测定云硒冲剂中硒的含量,回归方程为:Y=3.84678X-1.98733(r=0.99855);平均回收率98.97%,CV=2.32%(n=5);三批样品测定硒含量为9.50~10.66μg·ml~(-1)。结论:测定结果稳定,影响因素少,而且设备较其它硒含量测定方法简单常见,危险性又小,适于推广。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of selenium in Yunxue granules. Methods: The determination of selenium content was performed by DAN fluorescence spectrometry. The excitation wavelength was 376 nm and the emission wavelength was 520 nm. Results: The content of selenium in Yunseng Granule was determined by this method. The regression equation was: Y = 3.84678X-1.98733 (r = 0.99855); the average recovery was 98.97% and CV was 2.32% (n = 5) Selenium content of 9.50 ~ 10.66μg · ml ~ (-1). Conclusion: The determination results are stable and the influencing factors are few. The determination of selenium content in equipment is simple and simple, and the risk is small, which is suitable for popularization.
