“八五”期间,随着国民经济的迅速发展,对会计事务管理工作提出了更高的要求。为了适应这一新的形势,针对咸宁地区会计工作的现状,我们经过调查研究,制订如下规划: 一、进一步深人宣传和贯彻执行《会计法》《会计法》是我国会计工作的根本大法。作为财政和会计管理部门,应做到常抓不懈。“八五”期间要在原宣传普及的基础上,做深化工作,宣传形式要多样。多宣传我区经济生活中执行《会计法》涌现出来的好典型、好经验。同时,也要揭露违反《会计法》的反面典型。每两年召开一次会计工作先进单位和先进个人的表彰会。每年要对执行《会计法》的情况进行一次检查,并将检查结果加以通报。定期举行《会计法》演讲报告会、有奖知识竞赛和考试,将其成绩作为今后晋升会计专业技术职务的考核依据。
During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, with the rapid development of the national economy, higher requirements have been put on the administration of accounting affairs. In order to adapt to this new situation, in view of the present situation of accounting work in Xianning, we make the following plans after investigation and research: I. Further Deparment and Implementation of the Accounting Law The Accounting Law is the fundamental law of our accounting work. As a financial and accounting management department, it should be done consistently. During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, we must deepen our work on the basis of the original propaganda and popularization, and the forms of propaganda should be diversified. More publicity in our district economic life, the implementation of the “Accounting Law” emerged good examples, good experience. At the same time, it is also necessary to expose the negative examples of violation of the Accounting Law. A biennial commendation meeting of advanced units and individuals of accounting work will be held. The annual implementation of the “Accounting Law” to conduct a test, and check the results to be informed. Regularly hold “Accounting Law” lecture report, knowledgeable competition and examinations, the results as the basis for the future promotion of accounting professional and technical positions assessment.
