为研究正常人左室节段性室壁运动(RWM)和心肌梗塞左室RWM的变化,我们应用二维超声心动图(2 DE)作定量分析,现予报道。 一、对象与方法 选择正常青年(对照组)和前壁心肌梗塞(心梗组)各10人,用美国ATL公司的MarkⅣ作2DE检查,记录左侧卧位的心尖四腔切面,National G33录像机录像。慢动作或逐帧回放录像资料,寻找同一心动周期的、心内膜回声连续的舒张末和收缩末图象,分别勾出心内膜轮廓线。采用轴浮动法定量分析左
