肝细胞肝癌(Hepatocellular Carcinoma,HCC)是全球高发的恶性肿瘤。肝细胞肝癌的发病是多基因参与的复杂过程。综述了肝细胞肝癌相关的癌基因PLK1、FGF-2、Ep CAM、DKK1以及抑癌基因SCARA5、Hepcidin的最新研究进展。对这些基因的研究,揭示了肝细胞肝癌的发病机理,也为肝细胞肝癌的诊断和治疗提供了有价值的思路和方法。肝细胞肝癌的早期诊断比较困难,需要寻找探索早期诊断的肿瘤标记物。这些肝细胞肝癌相关基因的研究对肝细胞肝癌的临床诊断和相应治疗药物的设计都具有重要意义。
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a worldwide malignant tumor. The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma is a complex process involving multiple genes. This review summarizes recent advances in the study of hepatocellular carcinoma related oncogenes PLK1, FGF-2, Ep CAM, DKK1 and tumor suppressor genes SCARA5 and Hepcidin. The study of these genes reveals the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma and provides valuable ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. The early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma is more difficult and needs to find tumor markers for early diagnosis. These hepatocellular hepatocellular carcinoma-related genes are of great importance to the clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and the design of corresponding therapeutic drugs.
