化学治疗是目前临床进行肿瘤和癌症治疗常用的手段之一,在对患者进行手术治疗的前后,也经常使用化疗的方法防止肿瘤的扩散和防止手术后肿瘤的再生,保证手术治疗的效果。由于化疗药物的特殊性,长期以来一直存在着输液后患者肢体出现麻木、红肿、疼痛、静脉炎等临床反应。目前在临床上普遍采用输液过程当中添加部分麻醉药物和扩充血管药物以及输液后对患者进行药物外敷的办法来治疗或减低患者的痛楚。为了减少上述情况发生,我科临床使用了北京伏尔特有限公司生产的配有“精密药液过滤器”的避光化疗专用输液器,取得了临床效果。现报道如下。

In order to reduce the above-mentioned situation, our department clinically used a light-inhibitory chemotherapy infusion set equipped with a “precision liquid filter” produced by Beijing Volt Co., Ltd. and achieved clinical results.
