3月3日至9日省政府在西安召开了全省农口系统工作会议。全体与会同志听取了王双锡副省长关于全省农业工作的重要讲话。水利系统与会同志听取了刘枢机厅长的《深化水利改革,加强全面服务,为建设好水利基础产业而努力奋斗》的报告。报告以党的十三届七中全会精神为指针,在认真分析“七五”期间我省农业生产及水利建设形势的基础上,讨论提出了今后十年和“八五”期间水利建设和改革的基本思路,安排部署了今年的各项工作。在全体大会上,省政府表彰了1990年度夺得“水利振兴杯”的榆林地区和十个县(市)。
From March 3 to March 9, the provincial government held a meeting on agricultural systems in rural areas in Xi’an. All participating comrades listened to Vice Governor Wang Shuangxiu’s important speech on the province’s agricultural work. The comrades of water conservancy system listened to the report titled “Deepening Water Conservancy Reform, Strengthening Comprehensive Service and Building a Good Water-based Infrastructure Industry” by Director Liu Carding Machine. The report takes the spirit of the 7th Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee as a guideline and on the basis of a careful analysis of the situation of agricultural production and water conservancy in our province during the Seventh Five-Year Plan, discusses the proposals for water conservancy construction and reform in the next 10 years and the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period The basic idea, arrangements for the deployment of this year’s work. At the plenary meeting, the provincial government commended the Yulin area and 10 counties (cities) that won the “Water Rejuvenation Cup” in 1990.
