目的:探讨鼻中隔褥式缝合在鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术中的应用价值。方法:抽取2019年10月至2020年10月郑州市第二人民医院收治的行鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术患者80例。根据鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术后的处理方法分为褥式缝合组(40例)和填塞组(40例)。比较两组患者手术时间,术后2 d内渗血量,术后住院时间,术后12、24 h舒适度,术后1周临床疗效和术后并发症发生情况。结果:褥式缝合组患者手术时间为(42.36±5.87)h,长于填塞组的(35.62±5.13)h,术后住院时间为(4.31±0.42)d,短于填塞组的(8.05±0.37)d,n P<0.05。褥式缝合组患者术后24 h疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(3.26±1.37)分,鼻塞VAS评分为(3.14±1.21)分,低于术后12 h的(4.16±1.48)分和(3.85±1.23)分(n P<0.05);填塞组患者术后24 h疼痛VAS评分为(6.64±1.53)分,鼻塞VAS评分为(6.27±1.46)分,高于术后12 h的(5.87±1.79)分和(5.31±1.59)分,n P<0.05;褥式缝合组患者术后12、24 h疼痛和鼻塞VAS评分均低于填塞组(n P均<0.05)。术后1周,褥式缝合组患者治愈率为92.5%,临床总有效率为97.5%,高于填塞组的62.5%、85.0%(n P0.05)。n 结论:鼻中隔褥式缝合应用于鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术中具有较高的治愈率和临床总有效率,且能够减轻术后疼痛和鼻塞等不适感,缩短患者术后住院时间,且未增加患者术后并发症发生率,安全性较高。“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical value of mattress suture of nasal septum in nasal septum correction under nasal endoscope.Methods:Eighty patients underwent nasal septum correction under nasal endoscope from October 2019 to October 2020 in the Second People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou were included. According to the treatment methods of nasal septum correction under nasal endoscope, they were divided into mattress suture group (40 cases) and packing group (40 cases). The operation time, 2-day postoperative blood volume, postoperative hospital stay, comfort at 12 and 24 hours after operation, clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the mattress suture group was (42.36±5.87) h, which was longer than (35.62±5.13) h of the packing group, and the postoperative hospital stay was (4.31±0.42) d, which was shorter than (8.05±0.37) d of packing group, n P<0.05. In the mattress suture group, the visual analogu scale (VAS) score of pain at 24 hours after operation was (3.26±1.37), and the VAS score of nasal obstruction at 24 hours after operation was (3.14±1.21), which were lower than (4.16±1.48) and (3.85±1.23) at 12 hours after operation. The VAS score of pain and nasal obstruction at 24 hours after operation in the packing group were (6.64±1.53) and (6.27±1.46), which were higher than (5.87±1.79) and (5.31±1.59) at 12 hours after operation,n P<0.05. The VAS score of pain and nasal obstruction at 12 and 24 hours after operation of the mattress suture group were lower than those of the packing group (alln P<0.05). One week after operation, the cure rate of mattress suture group was 92.5%, and the total clinical effective rate was 97.5%, which were higher than 62.5% and 85.0% in packing group (n P0.05).n Conclusions:The application of mattress suture of nasal septum in nasal endoscopic nasal septum correction has high cure rate and total clinical effective rate, can reduce postoperative pain and nasal congestion, shorten postoperative hospital stay, and does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications.
