随着激光加工技术的发展,硬脆性材料的激光加工成为国内外研究的热点。建立了硬脆性材料3D有限元模型,采用扫掠法对模型进行了网格划分,选择高斯分布的激光光源为热源模型,实现了硬质合金和碳化硅脉冲激光打标过程的数值模拟,得到了这两种材料的温度场分布。
