随着父辈们在一个企业从一而终时代的逐渐逝去,现在的小伙伴们好像又过度地运用了自己跳槽的权利,频繁地跳槽、企图通过跳槽来解决当前自己在职场中遇到的问题……这样真的可以解决问题吗?到底要不要跳槽?
As their fathers fled from beginning to end in an enterprise, it seems as if their buddies are excessively using their right to quit their jobs and frequently switching jobs in an attempt to solve the current problems they encounter in the workplace through job-hopping ...... so really solve the problem? In the end or not to quit?
