目的:分析探讨大面积烧伤患者安全使用翻身床的相关方法,降低护理差错及安全事故的发生率。方法:通过制定系统的翻身程序、常见事故预防措施及应急方案等对翻身床的使用进行安全管理。结果:翻身床使用安全管理实施后,近两年来,100例大面积烧伤患者在使用翻身床的过程中均为发生任何安全事故。结论:制定系统的翻身床翻身程序和应对常见安全事故的预防措施,可有提高翻身床的使用安全性,提高护理质量,保证患者安全。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and discuss the related methods of safely turning over the bed in patients with extensive burns, and to reduce the incidence of nursing errors and accidents. Methods: Safe management of the turn-over bed was made by formulating the system turning-over procedures, common accident prevention measures and emergency plans. RESULTS: After safety management was implemented in bed over 100 years, 100 cases of extensive burns were involved in any safety accidents during the turn-over bed. Conclusion: The establishment of a systematic turn over bed turn over procedures and to deal with common safety precautions, may improve the safety of turning the bed to improve the quality of care to ensure patient safety.
