《曾巩集》中有《本朝政要策》50篇,乃剪裁前人资料而成,属于编述类作品。其中第45篇《水利》文本不全。后人编辑曾巩集时,误将《本朝政要策》第44篇《屯田》的内容附于其后,以致《水利》前后内容无甚关联。通过史源学、校雠学的方法,并结合后世的相关记载,可以发现《本朝政要策·水利》一文乃敷衍夏竦《乞行三代沟浍之法奏》而成。由夏竦之文,可以窥探《本朝政要策?水利》阙文部分的相关内容。
In Zeng Gong Ji, there are 50 articles entitled “Current Affairs and Policies”, which is a cut of the data of predecessors and belongs to the compilation of works. The 45th “water conservancy” text is incomplete. When the editors of the posterity got together, they mistakenly attached the contents of the 44th article “Tuntian” of “The Chief Government Policy” so that the content of “water conservancy” had little connection. Through the sources of history and school, combined with the related records of future generations, we can find that the article entitled “The Policy of the DPRK and its Policies and Water Conservancy” is a recipe for the summer solstice of “begging for the law of the third generation”. From the text of Xia Xun, you can spy on the relevant contents of the Que Wen section of “the current policy and policy”.
