车架结构模态试验与分析不仅可为整车组合系统分析提供主要受力部件动态数学模型,而且可为车架设计提供动态指标。本文介绍了车架结构动态测试技术及提高测试精度的几项措施。给出了三种识别模态参数的方法和结果。对三者的优缺点进行了讨论和比较。对于试件固有频率分离较开、阻尼较小的情况,采用简单易行的相位分离和图解拟合模态分析方法即可得到较好结果,一般情况宜采用建立在最优化方法基础上的计算机拟合模态分析法。本文所用的计算机拟合程序适于任意粘性阻尼系统。引进剩余导纳概念以补偿模态尾截影响,可得较高识别精度。程序使用方便适用于复杂结构。
The modal test and analysis of frame structure can not only provide the dynamic mathematical model of the main force components for the vehicle assembly system analysis, but also provide dynamic indicators for the frame design. This paper introduces the dynamic test technology of frame structure and several measures to improve the test accuracy. Three methods and results of identifying modal parameters are given. The advantages and disadvantages of the three were discussed and compared. For the case that the natural frequency of the specimen is separated and the damping is smaller, the better results can be obtained by the simple phase separation and the graphical fitting modal analysis method. In general, the computer should be based on the optimization method Fitting modal analysis method. The computer fit program used herein is suitable for any viscous damping system. The introduction of the concept of residual admittance to compensate for the impact of modal tailings, higher recognition accuracy. Easy to use program for complex structures.
