优化纳税服务是推进依法治税的重要内容,是构建现代税收征管新格局的基础环节,是化解征纳矛盾、树立良好形象的有效途径。税务部门应本着“始于纳税人需求,基于纳税人满意,终于纳税人遵从”的原则,联系工作实践,提升三种效能,推动纳税服务迈上新台阶。
Optimizing tax services is an important part of promoting tax administration in accordance with the law, a basic link in building a new pattern of modern tax collection and management, and an effective way to resolve the issue of contradicting and establishing a good image. The tax department should, in line with the principle of “starting from the demand of the taxpayers, based on the satisfaction of taxpayers and finally compliance with the taxpayers,” link up the work practices, enhance the three types of performance, and push the taxation services to a new level.
