河北省农村医疗保障制度的改革取得了很大成就,有效缓解了农民因病致贫和因病返贫,保障了农村群众的身体健康。但河北省农村医疗保障资金筹集困难,医疗服务水平低,外出农民工医疗保障政策缺失,因此,需要加大省市政府的资金投入力度,加强农村医疗卫生队伍的建设,努力探索适合农民工特点的医疗保障和救助机制。
