中学生处在身体和心理的成长时期,由于心理素质的不成熟,在体育技能的学习过程中极易产生习得性无助感。文章通过对中学体育课中习得性无助感产生的原因:教师在教学中的态度和方式、不良的体育教学物质环境和学生自身不良的归因模式进行分析,找出其影响因素进而提出教学干预的方法和手段。为提高中学体育课程教学效果提供理论依据。
Middle school students are in a period of physical and psychological growth. Due to the immaturity of psychological quality, they can easily produce learned helplessness in the learning process of sports skills. The article analyzes the causes of the acquired sense of helplessness in middle school PE class: the teachers ’attitudes and ways in teaching, the bad PE teaching material environment and the students’ bad attribution patterns, and then finds out the influencing factors and then puts forward Teaching intervention methods and means.
