本文对9例脑干种瘤患儿的临床与CT、磁共振成像表现进行了分析。男5例,女4例,年龄3.5~12岁,病程3~15天。出现交叉体征6例,颅神经损害以Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ多见。结果脑脊液检查70%以上在正常范围;CT检查4/9例示脑干低密度改变,余正常;MRI检查9例均提示脑干占位性病变,其中桥脑肿瘤7例占77.8%。表明MRI检查对脑干肿瘤的诊断价值明显优于CT,为神经系统影像学检查的首选方法
In this paper, 9 cases of brain stem tumor in children with clinical and CT, magnetic resonance imaging performance analysis. 5 males and 4 females, aged 3.5 to 12 years, duration of 3 to 15 days. 6 cases of cross signs appear, cranial nerve damage to Ⅳ, Ⅶ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ more common. Results Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) examination was over 70% in the normal range. CT scan showed a low density of brain stem in 4/9 cases, and more than normal. MRI findings of 9 cases showed lesions of brain stem in 7 cases, of which 7 cases accounted for 77.8%. MRI showed that the diagnostic value of brain stem tumors was significantly better than CT, the preferred method of neurological imaging
