针对传统聚氨酯片材成型机的传动链较长,能耗较大,生产过程振动大,采用直接驱动方式设计新型的聚氨酯离心成型机。采用Solidworks三维设计软件对成型机的零、部件进行设计,并进行虚拟装配;应用有限元软件对关键零件进行模态分析,在设计过程中避免系统产生共振现象,导致产品质量问题;利用PLC对系统进行控制,可实现自动、手动转换,并可实时观测相关数据。直接驱动设计减少了故障率和机械传动的噪音,具有节能、环保、高效的特点。
For the traditional polyurethane sheet forming machine drive chain longer, larger energy consumption, the vibration of the production process, the use of direct drive to design a new type of polyurethane centrifugal molding machine. Solidworks three-dimensional design software is used to design the zero and parts of the molding machine, and the virtual assembly is carried out. The finite element software is used to carry out the modal analysis of the key parts to avoid the system resonance during the design process, which leads to the product quality problem. System control, enabling automatic, manual conversion, and real-time observation of relevant data. Direct drive design reduces the failure rate and mechanical transmission noise, with energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency features.
