由于药物作用常存在种属差异,因而有开发人类心脏组织标本作药理学研究的必要。以外科手术获得的心耳标本作材料,制备了在解剖上和功能上完整的游离梳状肌实验标本。每个心耳材料可以制备2~3条完整的梳状肌,浸入组织保养液中,可用电场刺激起搏,纪录其等长收缩。梳状肌可以发生稳定而强有力的收缩,从而优于自心耳切下的条索。游离梳状肌可有自发搏动,或经短期电起搏后,或短暂接触肾上腺素或组织胺
Since there are often species-specific differences in drug effects, it is necessary to develop human cardiac tissue samples for pharmacological studies. Aural specimens obtained surgically were used as the materials to prepare anatomically and functionally intact free comb specimens. Each atrial appendage material can be prepared 2 to 3 complete comb muscle, immersed in tissue care solution, the electric field can be used to stimulate pacing, recording its isometric contraction. The comb muscle can produce stable and powerful contraction, which is superior to the cord from the heart and ears cut. Free comb muscles may have spontaneous beats, or after short-term electrical pacing, or short-term exposure to epinephrine or histamine
