对宝钢3号高炉使用低比例烧结矿、高比例球团矿的生产实践进行了总结。当3号高炉烧结矿使用比例由65%降到53%,同时球团矿比例由21%提高到35%后,由于球团矿具有易滚动、堆角小、软熔温度低等缺点,容易影响高炉的煤气流分布,造成炉况波动。通过调整原燃料、矿槽的排料顺序和炉顶布料制度,实现了球团矿在炉内布料平台上的准确控制,并对煤气流分布的变化及时跟踪和调整,3号高炉保持了长时间的稳定顺行。
