在“十二五”规划中,应当注重文化产业集聚园建设的质量和对本地文化产业发展的带动作用。今明两年是制定和开始实施“十二五”文化产业发展规划的年份,也是文化产业继往开来的重要时期。经过各级政府推动文化体制改革的实践和政产学各界的共同努力,中国文化产业已经进入了一个新的大发展的时期。
In the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, attention should be paid to the quality of the construction of the cluster of cultural industries and the leading role in the development of local cultural industries.
