20世纪七、八十年代,自主学习得到充分的重视和发展,伴随着我国新一轮的学校课程改革,越来越多的人们清醒地认识到:有效激发学生的主体能动性,调动学生学习的积极性,高效培养学生的自主学习能力,对于促进当代学生的自我全面发展和进步,具有重要的意义。而且这种由素质教育理念引领的学习方式,己成为目前课程改革的主要任务之一。因此,为了实现自主学习在体育教学领域中的全面推广与运用,切实发挥其重要的教育作用,本文利用文献综述法对自主学习模式在体育教学中的运用进行了分析研究,并提出更为有效的运用途径,发现在体育教学中运用自主学习能够有效促进学生自主学习能力的进步,在一定程度上改善了学生的身心素质情况。
