所谓育人之术,就是培养教育干部要有招法,不能靠自然成长,要象园丁那样培育,象铁匠那样锤炼,千方百计把干部培养成具有综合素质的人才。我们公司的主要做法是: 1、建立培训基地。公司建起160平方米的培训中心,有领导机构、师资队伍和教学规章制度。每年都对车间、分厂、公司级干部轮训一遍,每次7天。 2、创造条件,鼓励干部自学。我们对参加各种函授、刊授和各种补习班学习的干部,在各方面创造条件,予以支持、鼓励。凡是参加面授或考试的干部,不论厂里时间多紧、任务多重都给假,并且工资照发;自学干部只要取得文凭,拿到合法的毕业证,都给核销学费和旅差费。几年来,参加各类自学的干部有109人,已经毕业获证的有31人,正在学习的有78人。
