近年来,国家电网公司在发展战略中提出了“三集五大”的建设体系,要以转变公司发展方式为核心,加强实施人力资源、财务、物资集约化管理,构建“大规划、大运行、大检修、大营销、大建设”体系,不断研究基层供电企业传统的企业文化如何紧密联系公司发展大局,以及党群干部介入安全管理时如何把握时机,增强工作主动性,形成安全管理的大格局。本文就从此方面着手探讨如何能让党群工作在供电企业安全管理中发挥更好作用。
