各位代表: 我受省人民政府委托,向大会报告山东省2000年预算执行情况和2001年预算草案,请予审议,并请省政协各位委员和其他列席会议的同志提出意见。一、2000年预算执行情况过去的一年,在省委的正确领导下,全省上下认真贯彻党的十五大和十五届四中、五中全会精神,全面落实中央关于扩大内需、调整结构、深化改革、扩大开放等一系列重大决策,国民经济实现了稳定增长。与此同时,全省财政收支保持了较高的增长幅度,圆满完成了省九届人大三次会议批准的预算任务,连续14年实现了全省财政收支平衡。全省地方财政收入463.44亿元,完成预算的105.93%,比上年增长16.61%(地方财政收入加上中央税收返还,扣除一次性收入及按规定纳入预算管理的行政性收费等专项收入后,经常性财政收入 Distinguished Delegates, I entrust the Provincial People’s Government to report to the General Assembly on the implementation of the budget for 2001 in Shandong Province and the draft budget for 2001 for consideration.
