物资采购作为企业生产、经营过程中的一项重要经济支出,不仅在生产成本上与企业的盈利密切相关,同时也对企业的安全生产起着不可忽视的重要作用。因此,加强企业物资采购管理,做好物资采购的监管工作,是每个企业在日常工作中的一项重要任务。然而,由于我国市场机制还不够完善,导致很多企业在采购工作中都在不同程度上存在一些不良行为,不利于企业的健康可持续发展。本文就如何加强物资采购管理进行了简要的探讨,并提出了有效的管理策略,以期为相关工作者提供一点可行性的参考。
As an important economic expenditure in the course of production and operation, material procurement is not only closely related to the profitability of the enterprise but also plays an important role in the safety production of the enterprise. Therefore, to strengthen the enterprise material procurement management, good material procurement supervision work is an important task in the daily work of every enterprise. However, due to the imperfect market mechanism in our country, many enterprises have some bad behaviors in the purchasing work in varying degrees, which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. This article briefly discusses how to strengthen material procurement management and puts forward effective management strategies in order to provide relevant workers with a little feasible reference.
