目的:探讨COOK球囊在促宫颈成熟以及引产中的作用,为足月妊娠分娩提供更加安全的有效方便的方法,方法:选择足月无阴道分娩禁忌,分为自愿选择球囊的观察组50例和50例缩宫素静滴的对照组引产,比较两组的引产成功率,临产时间以及24h分娩率,剖宫产率等。结果:观察组引产成功率及分娩率显高于对照组;观察组临产时间,剖宫产率显著低于对照组结论:COOK球囊促宫颈成熟安全有效,提高了引产成功率,简单易行,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the role of COOK balloon in promoting cervical ripening and induction of labor, to provide safer, more effective and convenient method for term pregnancy delivery.Methods: Select full-term non-vaginal delivery taboo, divided into observation group 50 Cases and 50 cases of oxytocin intravenous infusion of the control group induced labor, compared the success rate of induction of labor, labor time and 24h delivery rate, cesarean section rate. Results: The success rate and delivery rate of labor in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. The labor hours and cesarean section rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusions: COOK balloon is safe and effective in promoting cervical ripening, , Worth promoting.
