山东黄县油页岩直接氧化制取有机酸的实验结果表明:77.43%的有机碳可转化为有机酸.液相产物中的水溶酸主要为正构脂肪族二元酸(C_4~C_(10)),其次为正构脂肪族一元酸(C_8~C_(10)).固相反应物的热分析及红外光谱分析说明:黄县油页岩的油母质氧化时,其脂族结构较易氧化,芳族结构较难氧化.在本实验的条件下,油母质的氧化在氧化初期即可达到相当高的转化率.这为缩短氧化反应时间提供了有益的信息.
The experimental results of direct oxidation of the oil shale in Huangxian County, Shandong Province to organic acid show that 77.43% of the organic carbon can be converted into organic acids. The main water-soluble acids in the liquid products are the n-alkanoic dibasic acids (C 4 -C 10 )), Followed by n-alkanoic acid (C_8 ~ C_ (10)). The thermal analysis and FTIR analysis of the solid reactants showed that the aliphatic structure of the kerogen in Huangxian oil shale is easier to oxidize Oxidation and aromatic structure are more difficult to oxidize.In the condition of this experiment, the oxidation of kerogen can reach a fairly high conversion rate at the initial stage of oxidation, which provides useful information for shortening the oxidation reaction time.
