大兴安岭地区行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:为加强农业转基因生物安全管理,省政府决定成立黑龙江省农业转基因生物安全管理领导小组,主要职责是负责研究、协调省内农业转基因生物安全管理工作中的重大问题;负责全省从事农业转基因生物研究、生产、加工、检验检疫以及卫生、环境保护、市场监督和对外宣传等方面事宜的协调工作;负责协调全省转基因农产品贸易在国际上的谈判及协调全省农业转基因生物技术检测体系的建设。其组成人员如下:
