对于高职学生的教育活动来说,想要提高学生的学习效果,就必须注重学生学习内在动力的建设。而影响这一动力的原因既有来自与学生个体性方面的,有来自与家庭背景,社会环境以及学校教学活动展开方面的,其中最为重要的是学生在学习中积极主动性、学生在学习中的热情、学习毅力和学习中为自己树立的目标等等这些都会产生一定的影响。笔者以高职学生缺乏学习内在动力这一问题、现象进行分析研究,对于提高高职学生内在动力的建设水平的具体措施提出了针对性意见,希望能够帮助广大高职院校学生提高学习效率。
For the educational activities of higher vocational students, if you want to improve the learning effect of students, we must pay attention to the internal motivation of students to learn. The reasons that influence this motivation are not only from the individual aspects of the students, but also from the background of the family, the social environment and the teaching activities of the school. The most important ones are the students’ initiative in studying, the students learning Enthusiasm, learning perseverance and learning to establish their own goals, etc. These will have a certain impact. The author analyzes and studies the phenomenon of the lack of internal motivation of higher vocational students and puts forward some specific suggestions on how to improve the internal motivation of higher vocational students in the hope of helping the students in higher vocational colleges to improve their learning efficiency.
