音乐教育是学校实施素质教育的重要组成部分,是美育的主要途径。它以审美教育为核心,主要作用于人的情感,潜移默化地影响着人的情感、趣味、气质、情操、品格等。音乐创造也因其强烈而清晰的个性特征充满魅力,它能强化和激活人的创造冲动,培养和发展人的审美知觉和想象力,对塑造完美的人格、高尚的情操、健康的品质具有极其重要的作用。因而,音乐教育能促进学生创造性人格的培养。如何培养学生创造性人格,根据多年教学实践我谈以下几点体会:
