腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立SD大鼠糖尿病模型,TUNEL、免疫组化检测结果显示,糖尿病持续高血糖大鼠贝那普利处理组较未处理组肾小管凋亡细胞明显减少,Bax表达减弱,肾小球Bcl-2蛋白表达增强(均P<0.01);糖尿病血糖波动大鼠贝那普利处理组较未处理组肾小管凋亡细胞数、Bax和Bcl-2蛋白表达差异均无统计学意义。
