近日从中国食品工业协会食品物流专业委员会(以下简称专委会)获悉,为促进中国食品物流行业的发展,实现国家发改委、科技部、农业部在《食品工业“十一五”发展纲要》中关于构建现代食品物流体系的精神,同时也是为了更好地发挥政府主导作用及行业协会管理协调作用,受国家发改委和全国物流标准化技术委员会委托,专委会即将着手拟定食品物流相关标准。制定此标准的主要目的包括:一是满足食物供给的需求:确保有效供给具有百万人口规模城市人们的基本生活要求。二是减少食物资源的浪费。中国土地广阔,确保将食物从遥远的农场有效地运送到各个城市,减少由于加工、运输和储存期间的浪费,提高食物的质量以满足人们日益增长的物质需要。
