目的分析2011-2013年深圳市某街道正己烷和三氯乙烯重点职业病监测及健康监护资料,了解辖区内重点职业病危害现况,为企业职业病防治工作提供科学的参考依据。方法筛查2011-2013年辖区内正己烷与三氯乙烯检测浓度高于最低检出浓度的企业作为监测对象,对工作场所进行监测及接触正己烷或三氯乙烯的劳动者进行职业健康检查。结果正己烷监测166家553个点、三氯乙烯监测46家99个点,合格率分别为93.13%和57.58%;正己烷和三氯乙烯职业健康检查分别为1 645人、319人,发现血糖升高和肝功能异常率分别为1.27%、8.46%,发生2例三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎职业病人。结论建立正己烷和三氯乙烯的职业病监测体系,加强对重点职业病的监督和管理,落实职业危害监测和职业健康监护,有利于发现早期职业病损和减少职业病发生。
Objective To analyze the monitoring data and health monitoring data of n-hexane and trichlorethylene in a street in Shenzhen from 2011 to 2013, understand the status of key occupational hazards in the area and provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in enterprises. Methods Screening of enterprises with n-hexane and trichlorethylene concentrations higher than the lowest detectable concentration in the area under monitoring from 2011 to 2013 as the monitoring objects, occupational health examination was conducted for workers in the workplace monitoring and in contact with n-hexane or trichlorethylene. Results There were 166 sites and 553 sites monitored by n-hexane and 46 sites and 99 sites monitored by trichlorethylene. The pass rates were 93.13% and 57.58% respectively. The occupational health tests of n-hexane and trichlorethylene were 1 645 and 319 respectively, Elevation and liver dysfunction rates were 1.27%, 8.46%, two cases of trichlorethylene drug-like dermatitis occupational patients. Conclusion Establishing a monitoring system for occupational diseases of n-hexane and trichlorethylene, strengthening the supervision and management of key occupational diseases, monitoring occupational hazards and occupational health monitoring, which is conducive to detecting early occupational diseases and reducing the occurrence of occupational diseases.
