为了缓解大学生就业压力以及我国新农村建设的发展,大学生村官计划就是其中一个重要措施,经过近几年的实践与发展,已经取得了不错的效果。大学生村官计划得到了各地大学生的积极响应,向农村输送了大量的人才,促进了我国新农村建设的发展。但也有很多大学生在基层实践工作中存在误区,不利于工作的开展。本文主要分析了大学生在实践工作中存在的误区与问题,并且在此基础上提出解决方法,希望对于大学生村官的实践工作发展有所借鉴。
In order to alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates and the development of new countryside construction in our country, the plan of college graduate village officials is one of the important measures. After the practice and development in recent years, it has achieved good results. The university student village official plan has got the positive response from the university students all over the country, has sent a large amount of talents to the rural area, has promoted our country new countryside construction development. However, there are also many college students misunderstandings in grassroots practice, which is not conducive to the work. This article mainly analyzes the errors and problems existing in the practical work of college students, and puts forward the solutions on the basis of this, hoping to draw lessons from the development of college students’ official work.
