随着激光焊接技术的成熟,其在电子工业,包括照明行业中得到了广泛的应用。激光焊接质量在各类产品的焊接中显示出独特的优越性。以超高压汞灯电极制造的各种影响因素为研究方向,运用正交实验方法,通过激光焊接后表面粗糙度及极差分析,对电极激光焊接成形做深入的研究与探讨,同时掌握超高压汞灯电极激光焊接制造技术,打破国外技术壁垒,适应国内外照明市场的需求。
With the maturity of laser welding technology, it has been widely used in the electronics industry, including the lighting industry. Laser welding quality in the welding of various products show a unique superiority. In this paper, various influencing factors for the fabrication of ultrahigh-pressure mercury lamp electrodes are studied. By using orthogonal experimental methods, the laser surface roughness and range analysis after laser welding are used to deeply study and discuss the electrode laser welding. At the same time, Mercury lamp electrode laser welding manufacturing technology to break the foreign technical barriers to meet the needs of the lighting market at home and abroad.
